For the last three months our interns at 31Volts, Suzanne Moens and Deborah Pelders, have been working hard on a new video tutorial on creating Customer Journey Maps.For the last 10 years -yes we are in a celebrating kind of mood!!- 31Volts has been on the forefront of the service design community in the Netherlands. During this period we have seen the business develop from ‘What is it that you do? ..come again..’ all the way to ‘Design is the driver for innovation! ..check..’.
