  1. Dear Fred

We read your blogs with keen interest. And pass on the link to all of our smart candidates and clients. Are we the kind of start-up that you might like to know about?

We formed last year to focus specifically on the resourcing of strategic and service designers. The business was based on a recognition of the huge growth in this sector allied with a lack of knowledge within the recruitment sector to support that growth. One of our Partners is Joel Bailey, a recognised and respected Service Designer. He remains our source of knowledge but is not involved operationally in the resourcing of people. We have a commercial Partner James Saunders and then our Operations Manager Emma Gattenio and myself (with twenty plus years of experience of resourcing in the creative sector) are the ones who actually engage with clients and candidates and deliver great outcomes.

We’re getting some terrific responses from clients and candidates alike because we know what we’re talking about, listen to what people tell us about themselves and their businesses and then respond in a consultative way. Not just more of the same as many recruiters tend to do.

So far so good but we all need a little step up in life sometimes!

    With kind regards

    Madelaine Cooper
