Having worked within the banking industry and now within health care insurance, i have my doubts about the – upon the current business models – growth potential in the forth coming decade. Nice to see how Darryl Prater thinks about this.

The financial sector has been through some very rough years. Although full-scale recovery won’t happen overnight, it’s not too soon to consider how you’re positioned for future growth. CRM will be a key differentiator for successful providers as objectives expand from retention to growth through revenue generation.
