You work.

You earn a better way to work (I assume).

These are Best Buys principles (and not guidelines) to achieve 35% greater productivity while going to the movies. Best Buy made the switch from working hours to working for outcomes.

* Work is not a place you go to. It is something you do

* Every meeting is optional

* At all levels stop doing any activity that is a waste of time, the customers time or the customers time.

Wonder if someone has experience how to use their insights in a contact center environment.
